Help with accessing the Supplier Portal website

I am having problems accessing one of the documents
First try opening a different file on the page to make sure there isnt a problem with your PC; please note we are unable to assist with PC related issues. If having done this there is definitely a problem with a specific document, please call 0121 780 1048 for assistance.

I have received my login details but I cannot access the Supplier Portal
Check that you are entering the correct login details. The username and password are case sensitive, so also check that the 'Caps Lock' on your keyboard is not switched on. If you still have problems, please contact '0121 780 1048'.

I do not have a username and password. Where can I get one from?
