New Rental Platform from BT Fleet
BT Fleet has launched a new rentals management system that allows it to manage hires and deliver an efficient, cost-effective rental service.
Developed in conjunction with Epyx, this market-leading product incorporates a number of modifications, including a new module that enables the management of internal relief and pool vehicles. This represents a significant investment in BT Fleet's service capability.
BT Fleet's new rental offering enables external hires to be ordered directly from suppliers to select the best service/cost option, and allows account managers to run customer-specific reports directly from the platform. Further benefits include efficient management of additional costs, and improved work management for the dispatch and return of hired vehicles.
In addition, the system facilitates the implementation of a branded interface within the customer's infrastructure, allowing rentals to be ordered and managed from within the customer's own intranet.
