Fleets Hit by Congestion Charge Change
Tougher registration rules for the new London Fleet Auto Pay congestion charge discount scheme are set to affect over 5,400 fleets operating in the capital.
The changes require fleets to provide proof of business insurance for each vehicle registered for the £1 daily discount, alongside proof that it is a genuine business vehicle.
